Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept exact cash payments, credit cards, purchase orders, and checks. 

 

How soon should I place my order?

As soon as possible, our spots fill up fast. Most of our large orders are booked a year in advance. 

 

How much time do I have to confirm my reservation after I receive a quote?

When you receive a quote, you may receive an expiration date. The expiration date is the date that your quote becomes no longer valid. Once your quote expires, it is automatically canceled. 

A rental remains unconfirmed until a 50% deposit and a signed quote is received, so if we do not have that on file then no rental is confirmed.

How do I know if my rental is confirmed?

Your rental is confirmed if you have made a 50% deposit and signed a quote. 

 

Is there a wait list?

There is no wait list, however we recommend booking as soon as possible. 

 

How far in advance should I book?

The sooner, the better. Our large orders are booked a year in advance. 

 

Can I pay online?

Yes, you are more than welcome to pay online through our online portal, GoodShuffle. No account is necessary, we will email you a link and once clicked it will prompt you to review your quote, sign, and pay. 

 

What is your reservation process?

Give us a call or submit a quote request and we will confirm availability. If availability is confirmed, then we will send you a quote via GoodShuffle. Once you receive your quote the system will prompt you steps to sign and pay. 

 

Are you open on the weekends?

The warehouse and the office are closed on the weekends. 

 

Do you rent dance floors?

No, we do not.

Do you rent cookware or catering equipment?

No, we do not. 

 

Do you rent inflatables?

No, we do not.

How do I know if my rental is confirmed?

Your rental is confirmed if you have made a 50% deposit and signed a quote.
